Job summary

AspenTech is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to resolve standard to moderately complex technical issues for customers. The role emphasizes independent case management, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in technical support or software environments, a relevant engineering degree, and excellent communication. On-site work in Medina, MN is required, with travel occasionally and potential for bonus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant professional experience in technical support, engineering, or software environments.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot software and system-level issues.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally (<25%).
Ability to work onsite in Medina, MN at least 4 days a week.

Responsibilities
