Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking an ITS Desktop Services professional to oversee and maintain the organization’s computer hardware and software solutions. You will integrate software and hardware infrastructure to support organizational goals, diagnose issues, and produce standard documentation for future support under supervision.

You will participate in resolving facility projects and requests requiring ITS components, assist with budget planning, and adhere to predetermined standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field is required.
• No work experience is required.
• Equivalent combination of academic/work experience may be considered in lieu of requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update ITS hardware and software per standards.
• Manage and document inventory and device management databases.
• Assist in budget planning for infrastructure needs under supervision.
• Provide support during emergencies and educate other technial teams as needed.
• Respond to user requests related to ITS hardware and software.
