Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for warehouse systems and inventory software.
• Receive shipments and import data into the inventory system.
• Audit warehouse IT equipment for policy compliance.
• Install hardware and software according to standards.
• Maintain inventory and device management databases.
• Deliver equipment to campus and collect old devices for testing and disposal.
• Repair devices or coordinate onsite support with HP.
• Apply updates to ITS hardware and mobile devices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
