Qualifications

• Associates or technical degree preferred in engineering or related field.
• Equivalent experience in technical support accepted.
• Minimum 2 years in technical support or software application.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st Level technical support for Zeiss CMM hardware via ticketing and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline support processes and contribute to quoting.
• Assist in transitioning service workflows to appropriate teams.
• Interact with customers requesting support and remote diagnostics.
• Support service engineers with technical advice for repairs and other service events.
• Report issues and potential product pitfalls to the Quality and Tools department.
• Escalate calls per company procedures.
