ZEISS in Minnesota is seeking a qualified individual to provide 1st level technical support for CMM hardware, handling customer issues via ticketing systems and CRM workflows. You will collaborate with internal teams, assist in quoting and documentation, and help transition service workflows to appropriate groups.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree or equivalent experience in technical support, 2 years in the field, strong communication, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Associates or technical degree preferred in engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical support and/or software application of 2+ years preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to read electrical schematics.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st level technical support for Zeiss CMM hardware.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline support processes and assist in quoting and documentation.
• Escalate calls per procedures and support service management to meet department objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and demonstrate ZEISS core values.
