Job summary

The ideal candidate has an associate or technical degree in engineering or related field, with 2+ years in technical support or software applications, strong problem solving and communication.

This role includes travel up to 10% and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates or technical degree in engineering or related field.
• Equivalent experience in technical support or engineering accepted.
• 2+ years in technical support or software applications preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and independent work ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via tickets and CRM; define problem statement and solution path.
• Assist service engineers and deployment coordinators with technical advice on repairs.
• Support Quality and Tools department as needed.
• Prepare service quotations for unplanned services and remote diagnostics.
• Escalate calls per company procedures and document outcomes.
• Support management to meet departmental objectives; travel up to 10%.
