You will work with customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality remote support and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have network and Linux administration experience, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize multiple incidents while contributing to SOP updates.

Responsibilities

• Independently resolve incidents on deployed units (cellular, LAN, Linux).
• Diagnose issues via logs, tools, and documented processes.
• Make configuration changes to improve performance and uptime.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions clearly.
