What You Will Do

• Work with customers to resolve issues with their Confluent deployments
• Contribute to process development, helping us grow efficiently and foster a best-in-class culture
• Communicate with our core engineering team to provide real-time product feedback
• Improve product documentation and author knowledge base articles
• Create and review product demos and internal tooling
• Work closely with the team behind Apache Kafka

What You Will Bring

• Excitement to learn about streaming data and become a domain expert in the Confluent Data Stream Platform
• Strong SQL skills
• Proficiency in Java or Scala
• Apache Flink production experience is a plus
• Experience with Golang, Python, C / C++, C# is a plus
• Experience diagnosing, reproducing, and resolving customer issues
• Desire to make customers successful through direct interaction
• Two out of these three: experience troubleshooting applications on Linux, operational knowledge of Java applications, or experience with distributed systems like Kafka, Flink, Spark
