What You Will Do

• Resolve issues with customer Confluent deployments
• Contribute to process development and help establish a best-in-class culture
• Provide real-time product feedback to our engineering team
• Improve documentation and author knowledge base articles
• Create and review product demos and internal tools
• Work closely with the Apache Kafka team

What You Will Bring

• Interest in streaming data and becoming a domain expert
• Strong SQL skills
• Proficiency in Java or Scala
• Experience with Apache Flink is a plus
• Knowledge of Golang, Python, C/C++, C# is a plus
• Experience diagnosing and resolving customer issues
• Desire to help customers succeed
• At least two of the following: troubleshooting Linux applications, operational Java application knowledge, or experience with distributed systems like Kafka, Flink, or Spark
