What You Will Do

• Assist customers in resolving issues with their Confluent deployments.
• Help develop processes to support efficient growth and a strong culture.
• Provide real-time product feedback to our engineering team.
• Enhance product documentation and create knowledge base articles.
• Develop and review product demos and internal tools.
• Collaborate closely with the Apache Kafka team.

What You Will Bring

• Enthusiasm for learning about streaming data and becoming a domain expert.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Java or Scala.
• Experience with Apache Flink is a plus.
• Knowledge of Golang, Python, C/C++, or C# is advantageous.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving customer issues.
• Desire to ensure customer success through direct interaction.
• At least two of the following:
• Linux application troubleshooting skills.
• Operational knowledge of Java applications.
• Experience with distributed systems like Kafka, Flink, Spark, etc.
