What You Will Do

• Assist customers in resolving issues with their Confluent deployments
• Help develop processes to support efficient growth and a strong culture
• Provide real-time product feedback to our engineering team
• Enhance product documentation and create knowledge base articles
• Create and review product demos and internal tools
• Collaborate with the team behind Apache Kafka

What You Will Bring

• Interest in streaming data and becoming a domain expert in Confluent Data Stream Platform
• Strong SQL skills
• Proficiency in Java or Scala
• Experience with Apache Flink is a plus
• Knowledge of Golang, Python, C/C++, C# is a plus
• Experience diagnosing and resolving customer issues
• Desire to ensure customer success through direct interaction
• At least two of the following: troubleshooting Linux applications, operational Java application knowledge, or experience with distributed systems like Kafka, Flink, Spark
