Qualifications

Job Summary

We seek a problem solver with application engineering and/or programming experience in BAS controls to support our network of End-Users, consulting engineers, digital partners, and OEM customers with industry-leading technology adoption.

Travel

Travel across US/Canada, with possible global travel up to 50% for onboarding, trade shows, and technical support.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Support new product introductions and technical sessions/webinars.
• Assist with customer onboarding and industry trade shows.
• Demonstrate product features and provide training.
• Support projects adopting new technology.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on product capabilities.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Experience with Tridium Niagara Framework (AX/N4 certification preferred).

Skills and Minimum Experience

• Deep knowledge of Tridium Niagara Framework and EC-Net.
• Understanding of HVAC systems and control programming.
• Ability to explain complex topics simply.
• Knowledge of protocols like BACnet, Modbus, Lonworks.
• Understanding of MSTP and IP networking.

Additional Skills That Stand Out

• Experience with IoT, APIs, Python, Java, C++.
• Tinkering, building, or creating hobbies.
• Advanced IP networking, Linux, Docker/Containers experience.
• Experience in industrial controls, especially in data centers.
