What You Will Do

• Assist customers in resolving issues with their Confluent deployments.
• Contribute to process development to help us grow efficiently and foster a best-in-class culture.
• Communicate with our engineering team to provide real-time product feedback.
• Enhance product documentation and write knowledge base articles.
• Create and review product demos and internal tools.
• Collaborate with the Apache Kafka team.

What You Will Bring

• Enthusiasm for learning about streaming data and becoming a domain expert in Confluent Data Stream Platform.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Java or Scala.
• Experience with Apache Flink is a plus.
• Knowledge of Golang, Python, C/C++, C# is beneficial.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving customer issues.
• Ability to make customers successful through direct interaction.
• At least two of the following: troubleshooting Linux applications, operational Java application knowledge, or experience with distributed systems like Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
