Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
- 0-2 years of technical support, engineering, manufacturing, or related experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications, or documentation.
- Exposure to CRM, ERP, or similar business systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical resource for customer inquiries and product support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues while documenting findings and recommendations.
- Coordinate product evaluations, repairs, returns, and corrective actions.
- Provide technical documentation, product information, and support materials to customers.
- Perform product testing and assist with validation and quality initiatives.
- Maintain accurate product specifications, records, and technical documentation.
- Assist with the development and publication of product literature and support resources.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and customer service teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
