Job summary

Diversified Technical Systems is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide hands-on support for DTS hardware and software in automotive crash and component testing environments. You will diagnose issues, manage tickets, and deliver remote, phone, and on-site assistance to customers.

You will work with sensors, DAS, and electronic systems, using tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes, and will train customers while contributing to knowledge bases and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in electronics, engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 2–5 years in a technical role involving data acquisition systems, sensors, electronics, or embedded systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with real-world hardware issues and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for DTS hardware and software systems via diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues.
• Own and manage support tickets from intake to resolution using Salesforce.
• Deliver remote, phone, email, and on-site support including time-sensitive situations.
