Qualifications

• 10+ years in field service, technical support, or maintenance of centrifugal compressors or turbomachinery.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and controls issues.
• Excellent communication, prioritization and problem-solving abilities for urgent situations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical resource for customers and field personnel on centrifugal compressors and turbomachinery.
• Investigate and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and controls issues with timely, well-documented solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, vendors, and product companies to drive resolution.
• Manage documentation, corrective actions, root cause analysis, CRM tickets, and warranty-related support.
• Identify opportunities to improve field service processes and technical training.
