• Basic IT systems and technology knowledge in a Windows environment.
• Ability to ramp up quickly.

Overview

Korn Ferry Interim is hiring for an IT Helpdesk Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot into the door with an established, enterprise IT department. Location: Dallas, TX.

Compensation

Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and support to local and remote users
• Assist Senior IT Support team members with managing project tickets
• Troubleshoot basic end user connectivity and account creation/resets
• Make outbound calls to follow up with users and ensure resolution satisfaction
• Respond to phone calls and email requests in a timely manner

Skills/Experience You’ll Need

• 3+ years of corporate IT Support experience (or related internship etc)
• Basic IT systems and technology knowledge in a Windows environment
• Basic Office product suite experience
• Ability to ramp up quickly
• Ability to work independently
