CEC Entertainment, the global leader in family entertainment, seeks a Technical Support Bench Tech for the Irving, Texas corporate center. You will repair electronics, assemble kits, and manage exchange parts shipments on-site under the CEO’s supervision.

The role demands solid soldering ability, good communication, and at least 1 year of bench tech experience, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership you sell, and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass you sell! Paid out bi-weekly (unless state law requires otherwise).

Job Description

CEC Entertainment, the global leader in family entertainment and operator of ChuckE. Cheese, PeterPiperPizza, and Adventure World restaurants, is seeking a Technical Support Bench Tech. This exciting opportunity will be based at our Corporate Support Center in Irving, Texas, and report to the CEO.

Essential Functions

Performs all duties and responsibilities in support of field services and operations. Supports the Corporate Objectives, including: “If you are not serving the Guest, serve someone who is.” Support our customer (Operations and Field Technical Managers). Conduct Quality Repairs on items in the Electronics Repairs inventory list. Assemble various sound and other kit assemblies to support the field. Manage the shipping and receiving of all exchange parts. Perform other duties and assist co-workers as directed by the immediate supervisor or other members of our Corporate Management Team.

Qualifications

Physical Demands

To perform the duties of this position, the incumbent must have the ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach, and carry, lift, pull, push between 1 – 50 lbs. Incumbent must use a computer, with repetitive movement of both hands. Incumbent must be able to work an 8-hour shift, with occasional overtime.
