Commission Detail

Exempt

: Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership you sell, and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass you sell! Paid out bi-weekly (unless state law requires otherwise).

Non-Exempt

: Commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership you sell, and from $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass you sell! Paid out bi-weekly (unless state law requires otherwise).

Job Description

Essential Functions

• Performs all duties and responsibilities in support of field services and operations. Supports the Corporate Objectives, including: "If you are not serving the Guest, serve someone who is."
• Support our customer (Operations and Field Technical Managers).
• Conduct Quality Repairs on items in the Electronics Repairs inventory list.
• Provide Technical phone support for the field from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. Central Time
• Assemble various sound and other kit assemblies to support the field.
• Maintain, create and update Tech manuals, schematics and text fixtures needed for repairs.
• Assist in maintaining the Technical Support Web Site and implement future upgrades to support the field.
• Process shipping and receiving of all exchange parts.
• Performs other duties and lends assistance to co-workers as directed by the immediate supervisor or other members of our Corporate Management Team.
• Assist in maintaining Tech Support Inventory (Cycle Counts and Bin Location Updates)
• Assist with CAD File creation for 3D Print Projects.

Physical Demands

To perform the duties of this position, the incumbent must have the ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach, and carry, lift, pull, push between 1 - 50 lbs. Incumbent must use a computer, with repetitive movement of both hands. Incumbent must be able to work a 10-hour shift.
