The mission of the Technology Operations organization is to provide recovery support to colleagues across the United States, both in physical offices and remotely, while delivering an exceptional experience. We are looking for a Technical Support Associate Analyst to join the TechOps Asset Recovery team. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, offering advanced technical solutions to asset return inquiries, and adhering to standard technology practices.

If working remotely, ensure your internet connection is via a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
