Role Summary/Key Objectives
  • Contribute to the IT Support team in a support capacity.
  • Manage the performance and operation of PC and LAN hardware and software daily.
  • Assist in configuring, installing, maintaining, and upgrading computer systems hardware and software.
  • Provide operational support for information systems and peripheral equipment such as servers, desktops, printers, and storage devices.
  • Assist in designing, developing, testing, debugging, and implementing operating systems components and utilities.
  • Complete outputs like documents, analyses, and products within set quality and time targets.
  • Work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to end-user computer and network issues.

The Technical Support Associate Analyst follows standard IT practices and escalation processes for complex problems.

Qualifications
  • Preferred: Customer service experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of tools and processes relevant to the role
  • Ability to operate in complex environments with minimal supervision
  • Strong individual performance and teamwork skills

  • Knowledge sharing and subject matter expertise
  • General knowledge of Microsoft OS (XP, Windows 7), Office, Apple systems, networking, IP telecommunications, and AV systems
  • Associate Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of PC/LAN support experience
  • Ongoing technical skill development through education and interaction

Remote work requires internet connection via cable broadband or fiber with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds.
