Job summary

Missouri State University is seeking a Technical Support Assistant for the Springfield campus. This federal Work Study position supports the division of Community and Global Partnerships, Office of Global Education and Engagement, and related offices with IT tasks.

You'll assist with hardware, printing, network and software setups; provide troubleshooting and diagnostic testing in offices, classrooms and conference rooms; support devices in learning spaces; and perform additional duties as

Position Title: Technical Support Assistant - Work Study - Community and Global Partnerships

Student Status

Student Status: Work Study Required – You must be a Federal Work Study Recipient to hold this position.

Hiring Range: $15.00 – $16.50 per hour

Sponsorship Information

Applicants must be currently authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full‑time basis. This position is not eligible for work‑visa sponsorship.

8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Hours per Week

6–15 hours per week

Description of Primary Duties

Provide IT support for the division of Community and Global Partnerships, including the Office of Global Education and Engagement; assist with hardware, printing, network, and software setups; provide troubleshooting and diagnostic testing of offices, classrooms, and conference rooms; support devices in classrooms and conference rooms; provide facility support as required; and other duties as assigned.
