Massachusetts Bay Community College is seeking an End User Services technician to join our team on a part-time, non-benefits basis. This role provides courteous, timely IT help desk support for students, faculty, and staff, including classroom, lab, and event support.
Shift hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, on the Wellesley campus. Salary is $25 per hour with CORI clearance required for hire.

As a member of the End UserServices team, this individual provides technical hardware/software support forclient computers and other technologies within MassBay. This individualprovides courteous, timely, and effective assistance to students, faculty andstaff, including classroom, lab, and event support.
