Job summary

Vantage Elevation, LLC is seeking a Nexus Technical Support Specialist to be the primary technical resource for customers, distributors, field technicians, and internal teams. You will diagnose issues in the Nexus Elevator Control System, provide troubleshooting, and deliver practical technical solutions.

Travel to customer sites as needed and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales to resolve concerns.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Electronics, Mechanical Technology, Aviation Maintenance, HVAC or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in technical support, field service, or industrial equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and root-cause problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent phone-based customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by phone, email, and other channels to customers and field technicians.
• Develop subject-matter expertise in the Nexus Elevator Control System.
• Troubleshoot electrical, control, and electromechanical issues using docs and specs.
• Diagnose root causes and recommend corrective actions or repairs.
• Assist with Nexus installation, startup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sales to resolve issues.
• Travel to customer sites or company locations for on-site support when needed.
• Document inquiries, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the support system.
