• Minimum of 8 years supervisory experience in facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools and procedures.
• Strong mechanical background, Data Centers experience preferred.
• Titles may include Technical Superintendent, Mechanical Superintendent, or Electrical Superintendent.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to supervise large groups.

Open Nationwide: We are seeking looking for Superintendents that know how to and love to build! Schedule, coordinate and supervise Mechanical craft employee activities. May involve supervising one or more trade groups, including electricians, plumbers, sheet metal workers, and similar within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical craft employees and subcontractors.

• Coordinate work with other trades, engineering, quality, purchasing, and project management teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.
• Strong Mechanical background in Data Centers' experience is preferred.
• Titles by discipline may include Technical Superintendent, Mechanical Superintendent, or Electrical Superintendent.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and demonstrated ability to control and supervise large groups.
• Prior experience with Commercial or Industrial project scopes of at least $50M value.
• A valid driver’s license in the US required; and willingness and ability to travel; travel is estimated at 70+%.
