Job summary

Darktrace is hiring a Technical Success Manager to drive enterprise adoption of our AI-driven cybersecurity platform. You will partner with security and IT stakeholders to turn deployment into measurable value, reducing risk and improving security operations.

The role is remote, based in the Washington area, with travel expected twice per year. Candidates should bring 3+ years of technical customer-facing experience and strong collaboration skills to guide customers from deployment to sustained

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as CSM or TAM.
• Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts into practical guidance.
• Experience engaging with security engineers, SOC analysts, system admins, and executives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with CS platforms, health scoring, adoption analytics, and renewal governance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams.
• Create practical success plans to drive platform adoption and reduce risk.
• Identify high-value use cases to integrate the platform into security ops.
• Use health indicators to spot adoption gaps and renewal risks early.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers and operational gaps.
• Provide renewal readiness insights for QBRs and growth discussions.
• Support expansion opportunities with account executives.
• Champion voice of technical users internally.
