Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager (TSM) for a remote role in the United States. You will combine technical depth with customer advocacy to help customers maximize value from Darktrace's cybersecurity platform.

Travel is expected at least twice a year, and you will collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering and others to drive adoption and renewals. You will build relationships, create success plans, identify use cases, monitor health indicators, and guide customers

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Understanding enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Comfort engaging with security engineers, SOC analysts, system administrators, technical leaders, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams, understanding priorities and success outcomes.
• Create practical technical success plans to drive adoption, reduce risk, and deliver measurable value.
• Identify high-value use cases that integrate the platform into daily security operations.
• Use product usage and health metrics to spot adoption gaps and renewal risks early.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating Time-to-Value.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers, integration challenges, and operational gaps.
• Provide technical health insights for renewal readiness and growth discussions.
• Highlight opportunities for expansion in partnership with the Account Executive.
