Voodoo is seeking a Technical Lead to head the engineering effort for a new casual puzzle game studio. You will partner with the General Manager to structure the team, define technical foundations, and drive prototypes through to worldwide launch.

You will balance hands-on coding with leadership, shaping live ops, tooling, and scalable architecture while guiding product strategy and roadmaps with cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Technical Director or Technical Lead for casual games.
• 5+ years of professional Unity experience.
• Proven track record building and growing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team and recruit and onboard the team.
• Define technical foundations for a new puzzle game studio and live ops.
• Establish engineering practices, rituals, and collaboration processes.
