IntelliBee, based in NC, is seeking a Technical Specialist – Mid Level to lead the design and delivery of SharePoint and web-based solutions powering Permits and District Offices. You will translate business needs into user stories, prototype and test, and train users on new processes, while mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years as a Business Analyst/Solution Designer with SharePoint, Power Platform, and enterprise content management, plus strong SDLC/Agile expertise.

Technical Specialist- Mid Level

NCDIT-T Web Services ECM is seeking a Technical Specialist – Mid-Level to support the NCDOT’s Permits and District Offices’ business processes as a solution design lead.

The contractor will design, support, and continuously improve the SharePoint and web-based solutions that power the Permits and District Offices tools including translating business requirements into well-defined user stories, prototyping and building the Permits (virtual/help) agent and related workflows, testing and debugging deliverables, and training users on new processes and systems. This role functions in a lead capacity for the design and ongoing enhancement of these tools, consulting directly with business clients to re-engineer and streamline their processes.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant experience and proven expertise as a Business Analyst/Solution Designer working with custom SharePoint solutions, Power Platform workflows, and enterprise-level content management. Success requires advanced skills in business process re-engineering, requirements translation, Software Development Life Cycle/Agile methodology, quality assurance, and system integration, along with the ability to independently lead the design, support, and continuous improvement of mission‑critical tools and to provide direction and mentorship to junior‑level technical staff with minimal supervision. Familiarity with NCDOT's Permits, District Offices, and Transportation Life Cycle business processes is critical to perform at this level.
