IntelliBee, based in NC, is seeking a Technical Specialist – Mid Level to lead the design and delivery of SharePoint and web-based solutions powering Permits and District Offices. You will translate business needs into user stories, prototype and test, and train users on new processes, while mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years as a Business Analyst/Solution Designer with SharePoint, Power Platform, and enterprise content management, plus strong SDLC/Agile expertise.

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Application Trainer, or Quality Assurance Analyst (8+ years).
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills (8+ years).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (8+ years).
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills (8+ years).
• Experience as a SharePoint Business Analyst (8+ years).
• Extensive experience with Microsoft SharePoint as a designer (8+ years).
• SharePoint design, testing, and training expertise (8+ years).
• Proven experience evaluating and re-engineering business processes (8+ years).
• Proven ability to write clear and concise technical training materials and documentation (8+ years).
• Extensive knowledge of the full application development life cycle (8+ years).

Responsabilidades

• Designs and builds custom SharePoint and web-based solutions for the Permits and District Offices tools.
• Gathers requirements from business clients and translates them into user stories for the Development Team.
• Prototypes, tests, and debugs applications and processes, including the Permits virtual/help agent.
• Prioritizes and tracks work items to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Re-engineers business processes and identifies quick wins for District Offices and legislative fee prep.
• Tests deliverables and develops training materials and documentation for new processes and systems.
• Leads and mentors junior‑level technical staff, providing direction, guidance, and oversight on design and development tasks.
• Supports and continuously improves the live Permits and District Offices tools across stakeholders, developers, and end users.
