Ethereum Technologies in Denver seeks an experienced Business Analyst with SharePoint expertise to design and deliver custom solutions for Permits and District Offices. You will translate client needs into user stories for the development team and help shape processes across the lifecycle.

You will prototype, test, and train users, mentor junior staff, and support live tools with a focus on quality delivery and clear documentation. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Application Trainer, or QA Analyst.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• Experience as a SharePoint Business Analyst.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft SharePoint as a designer.
• SharePoint design, testing, and training expertise (lists, libraries, content types).
• Proven experience evaluating and re-engineering business processes.
• Proven ability to write clear technical training materials and documentation.
• Extensive knowledge of the full application development life cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and builds custom SharePoint and web-based solutions for the Permits and District Offices tools.
• Gathers requirements from business clients and translates them into user stories for the Development Team.
• Prototypes, tests, and debugs applications and processes, including the Permits virtual help agent.
• Prioritizes and tracks work items to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Re-engineers business processes and identifies quick wins for District Offices and legislative fee prep.
• Tests deliverables and develops training materials and documentation for new processes and systems.
• Leads and mentors junior-level technical staff, providing direction, guidance, and oversight on design and development tasks.
• Supports and continuously improves the live Permits and District Offices tools across stakeholders, developers, and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designs and builds custom SharePoint and web-based solutions for the Permits and District Offices tools.
• Gathers requirements from business clients and translates them into user stories for the Development Team.
• Prototypes, tests, and debugs applications and processes, including the Permits virtual/help agent.
• Prioritizes and tracks work items to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Preferred:

• Demonstrated success in balancing customer needs with organizational policies, constraints, and project goals
• Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior technical staff.
• Knowledge of NCDOT Permits processes and District Office operations
• Knowledge of NCDOT’s Transportation Life Cycle business processes

Required Skills:
