Technical Specialist | Full-Time Temporary (W-2)

Pay: $43.00 - $63.00 per hour (W-2), based on experience level and assignment
Location: North Carolina; on-site, hybrid, or remote depending on the assignment

Technical Specialists bring deep expertise in a specific technology area. You'll lead complex implementations, resolve the hardest problems, and set technical standards others follow.

Also known as: Senior Technical Specialist, Subject Matter Expert, Escalation Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead technical design and implementation for specialized platforms
  
• Resolve high-severity escalations and perform root-cause analysis
