Garden Life Development, LLC is seeking an IT Specialist to support and guide the use of specific development platforms and business applications. You’ll help teams maximize the value of technology beyond day-to-day development.

Full-time temporary, 40 hours per week, on-site, hybrid, or remote depending on the assignment in the United States. Must reside in the U.S. and be legally authorized to work; background checks and education verifications apply.

IT Specialist | Full-Time Temporary (W-2)

Pay: $28.00 - $46.00 per hour (W-2), based on experience level and assignment
Location: North Carolina; on-site, hybrid, or remote depending on the assignment

IT Specialists are the go-to people for a particular platform or set of business applications. You'll go beyond day-to-day development or support, guiding others on how to use and support the technology well.

Also known as: Product Specialist, System Specialist, Application Specialist, Security Analyst

What you'll do

• Lead the use and support of specific development platforms, architectures, or business applications
  
• Configure, enhance, and integrate specialized applications
  
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
  
• Perform analysis, design, data analysis, testing, and implementation
  
• Support software conversions, maintenance, and production support
  
• Write technical and user documentation and knowledge articles
  
• Advise teams on best practices for the platform
  

What you'll need

• Technical IT experience with depth in at least one platform or product (see experience levels below)
  
• Background in application development or architecture
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Degrees and certifications are verified before placement.

• Relevant vendor or CompTIA certifications
