Garden Life Development is seeking a Program Director for a full-time temporary role in North Carolina. You will lead governance, coordinate multiple project managers, and manage budgets across related projects, reporting to executives and steering vendor contracts.

You'll drive change management and ensure benefits realization, while standardizing PM practices across programs. On-site, hybrid, or remote assignments are possible; bachelor's degree and verifications apply.

Program Director | Full-Time Temporary (W-2)

Pay: $36.00 - $76.00 per hour (W-2), based on experience level and assignment
Location: North Carolina; on-site, hybrid, or remote depending on the assignment

Program Directors lead multiple related projects toward a shared goal. You'll set governance, manage project managers and budgets, and keep executive leaders informed and aligned.

Also known as: Program Manager, Portfolio Director, IT Program Director

What you'll do
