Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a proactive Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of top technical talent across engineering, architecture, planning, environmental, surveying, geospatial, and construction management disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• At least three years of recruiting/sourcing experience with success identifying passive talent.
• Advanced experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to develop Boolean search strings and leverage advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong research, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using an ATS; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, engage, and build passive technical talent across multiple disciplines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and events.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify qualified candidates.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions and provide qualified candidate leads.
• Conduct outreach and screen prospective candidates for qualifications and alignment.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand priorities and support strategy.
• Share labor market insights and trends to optimize recruiting efforts.
• Manage a small portfolio of requisitions, including postings, communications, dispositions, and offers in Workday.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in Workday and trackers.
• Support continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and processes.
• Assist recruiters in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
