Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Technical in Miami, FL to drive sourcing across ship systems, safety, hotel furnishings, and more. You will lead cross-brand initiatives, perform spend analyses, and develop negotiated contracts with major suppliers.

You will mentor teams, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable savings while aligning with sustainability goals in a fast-paced, in-office environment near the Miami area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience in technical/shipboard contexts.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making with market and spend analyses.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, plus negotiation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned category portfolios across North American brands and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute sourcing plans using a structured seven-step process.
• Conduct market, supplier risk, and baseline spend analyses to identify opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and contract strategies with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Drive cost savings, supplier diversity, and sustainability goals across brands.
