Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain or related field.
• CPSM or equivalent certifications preferred but not required.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and complex problem-resolution capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence across all organizational levels with results.
• Advanced analytical proficiency in spend analytics and business intelligence.
• Proactive, autonomous, self-driven work style.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic sourcing across Indirect spend (Marketing) and Onboard Revenue (Retail Concessionaires).
• Partner cross-functionally to align with business objectives using data-driven analysis to optimize cost, service and risk.
• Influence and engage senior stakeholders to support strategy adoption and execution.
• Manage annual OPEX/CAPEX spend of $500M-$750M and ensure value realization.
• Lead Sr. Managers and/or Managers to deliver results across portfolios.
