Job summary

Hermeus is seeking a Technical Sourcer to own the full sourcing process and help build a world-class engineering team. You will work with recruiters and engineering leaders to shape talent strategy during a period of rapid growth, with autonomy and the tools to execute ideas.

You’ll conduct interviews, engage passive candidates, build talent maps, and ensure a positive candidate experience, representing the company’s brand and recruiting team both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience sourcing top-tier talent for technical roles.
• 2+ years of experience interacting with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and directors.
• Well-connected within new space hardware engineering talent communities.
• Proven consultative approach delivering improved hiring outcomes and strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools for information retrieval and candidate management.
• Conduct interviews of potential candidates and anticipate hiring manager preferences.
• Engage passive candidates using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and campaigns.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Build talent maps to generate market insights for engagement strategy.
• Represent the company’s brand and recruiting team internally and externally.
• Leverage internal resources to sell our value proposition to candidates.
