Job summary

Decagon is growing quickly and we’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to help us find and engage exceptional technical talent. You’ll work closely with our Recruiters and Engineering leaders to identify the people we want at Decagon and figure out how to get them excited about what we’re building.

You’ll own top‑of‑funnel across some of our highest‑priority technical searches, from mapping talent markets and identifying great candidates to crafting outreach and building relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in sourcing, agency recruiting, or high-velocity roles.
• Strong communicator capable of building relationships with people you don’t know.
• Curious about how companies, teams, and technologies work.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage exceptional talent across Engineering and other technical roles
• Write thoughtful, personalized outreach to candidates
• Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate on talent
• Experiment with AI tools to speed sourcing
• Take on increasing ownership across the recruiting process as you grow
