Job summary

Decagon is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to help identify and attract exceptional engineering talent as we scale our technical organization. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, engineering leaders, and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines across our engineering organization.

You’ll have significant ownership over how we map the market, identify and engage talent, and continuously raise the bar for the engineers we bring to Decagon.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience
• Strong track record of identifying and engaging software engineers
• Consistently builds high-quality pipelines and achieves hiring goals
• Creative and resourceful in finding hard-to-reach talent and outreach

You’ll partner closely with recruiters, engineering leaders, and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines across our engineering organization. You’ll have significant ownership over how we map the market, identify and engage talent, and continuously raise the bar for the engineers we bring to Decagon.

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally at a high-growth or talent-dense technology company


• Have a strong track record of identifying and engaging exceptional software engineers


• Consistently build high-quality pipelines and deliver against ambitious hiring goals


• Are creative and resourceful in finding hard-to-reach talent and crafting compelling outreach


• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers

Even better if you:

• Have experience sourcing at an AI company, high-growth startup, or talent-dense organization


• Have sourced specialized talent across areas like AI/ML, infrastructure, or distributed systems


• Use data and market knowledge to measure, iterate, and improve sourcing effectiveness


• Bring a high level of ownership, urgency, and creativity in finding hard-to-reach talent

Compensation

$110k - $200k + equity
