Sulzer is seeking a Sales Engineering Specialist to bridge engineering and sales, delivering technical guidance during the sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will demonstrate products, work with engineering teams, tailor solutions to client needs, and support proposals and post-sale support. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• A university degree (or equivalent) is required and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Technical background in engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in solution selling.
• Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
• Familiarity with CRM and technical documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during the sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
• Customize solutions based on client requirements.
• Assist in proposal development and contract negotiations.
• Support post-sales implementation and troubleshooting.
