Job summary

Sulzer is looking for a Sales Engineer to support the sales process through technical expertise and product demonstrations. This role requires close collaboration with engineers and sales teams. You will identify Retrofit opportunities and drive them through to successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the pump industry. The position involves significant travel and relationship management with clients.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience within the pump industry.
• Experience in Upstream, Refining, Petrochemical, Pipeline & Power industries.
• Must have valid driver's license and passport for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact and technical consultant for Retrofit inquiries.
• Support the Head of Retrofits with developing regional strategy plans.
• Drive initiatives to identify retrofit opportunities in assigned territory.
• Maintain market knowledge, trends and customer strategies.
• Produce and review proposals supporting the overall process.
• Attend sales meetings and ensure relevant information is available.
