BairesDev is seeking a Technical Manager to serve as the technical expert in conversations with leads and prospects, translating their needs into concrete solutions, team compositions, and proposals. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and presales to showcase our delivery model and best practices across software engineering, AI, data and analytics, cloud, or quality.

This fully remote role offers USD or local currency compensation, flexible hours, and a global, top-tier talent ecosystem

Qualificações

5+ years building software with teams (SDLC).
3+ years in a specialized SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre-sales or sales teams.
Subject matter expert knowledge in one or two verticals, with deep domain experience.
Experience with Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

Meet with leads and prospects, translating requirements into actionable documents and proposals.
Collaborate with sales, delivery, and presales to articulate the value of our delivery model.
Provide consultancy on best practices across software engineering, AI, data, analytics, cloud, or quality.
Contribute to proposals, estimates, and team recommendations for potential clients.
Engage in technical conversations to determine ideal solutions and team compositions.
