OC2 Occidental Chemical Corporation seeks an experienced Technical Service Specialist to support our Basic Chemicals business from the Dallas area. You will provide technical support to customers, respond to inquiries, and develop technical data sheets for portfolio products.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, 5 years in chlor-alkali, strong safety discipline, and ability to travel as needed. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Chlor-Alkali industry or closely related field.
• Solid understanding of fundamental chemical principles, lab practices and process safety.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision; able to work weekends/holidays if needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to train others on product applications.

• Provide technical support to customers, sales, and management to maintain and grow the business.
• Serve as primary technical contact with customers and respond to inquiries.
• Develop technical data sheets and bulletins for portfolio products.
• Train new sales and technical personnel on product applications and safe handling.
• Conduct customer site assessments to ensure safe product use and storage.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and vendors on projects as needed.
