Job summary

Coastal Chemical Co., LLC seeks a Technical Service Engineer to support the sales team with technical guidance and product quality. The role involves field and phone/email client interactions, and up to 50% travel across West Texas; candidates should reside in West Texas or nearby.

The successful candidate will hold a chemical engineering degree (Bachelor or Master) with 4+ years in oil and gas, strong technical background, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (Master) Degree in Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Strong technical background with support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surveys and field support for project requests.
• Provide analytical support and process recommendations to increase sales.
• Deliver informational training seminars to clients on chemical products.
• Develop recommendations and optimization options for customers and sales.
• Research and develop new products to preclude future client issues.
• Be a technical resource to educate and train the sales team.
