Job summary

Artos, Inc. is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge engineering and customer success. You will be the primary technical contact for customers deploying Artos in cloud or BYOC contexts, helping with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and scaling the platform.

You will own technical docs from deployment guides to security responses and collaborate with engineering for complex issues, ensuring a strong end-to-end customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and debugging production systems.
• Experience deploying or supporting cloud-native apps on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Docker) and modern infra.

Responsibilities

• Own customer technical success and serve as primary technical contact for customers deploying Artos in cloud or BYOC environments.
• Build and maintain customer-facing documentation including deployment, architecture, and integration guides.
