Job summary

Artos, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to own the technical relationship with our largest enterprise customers in a fast-paced startup setting.

You will collaborate with IT, security, infrastructure, and business leaders to understand ecosystems and map Artos into diverse technology landscapes. You will lead technical discovery, architecture planning, and deployments, working with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to expand platform use across organizations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Customer Engineering, or similar roles.
• Experience with complex enterprise software environments.
• Strong system architecture, APIs, authentication, networking, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience owning technical relationships with large enterprise customers.
• Ability to work with engineers to executives across stakeholder groups.
• Experience supporting both pre-sales technical conversations and post-sale deployments.
• Comfortable operating in a startup environment where processes are still being built.

Responsibilities

• Own the primary technical relationship for Artos' largest enterprise customers.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture reviews, and planning discussions.
• Design approaches for integrating and deploying Artos in complex enterprise environments.
• Advise customers on system architecture, APIs, authentication, networking, data flows, and integrations.
• Identify new technical use cases and opportunities to expand Artos across organizations.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Coordinate deployments, integrations, upgrades, and new initiatives; manage SLAs and requirements.
• Develop repeatable approaches for enterprise deployments and technical engagement.
