Job summary

Hanomi.ai is building automation for producing production-ready technical drawings from 3D CAD models. We seek a Technical Solutions Engineer to support customer evaluations, demos, and implementation conversations in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Clear communication of technical workflows to customers.
• Experience working with engineering, manufacturing, or industrial customers.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Comfortable in a startup with high ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support technical demos, customer evaluations, pilots, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Understand customer requirements around CAD files, technical drawings, GD&T, manufacturing documentation, and engineering workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into internal product feedback and engineering input.
• Help prepare demo files, technical explanations, and evaluation material.
• Answer technical questions during sales and pilot conversations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to assess feasibility of requests.
• Support onboarding and handover from sales to customer success.
• Create technical notes, FAQs, demo guides, and customer-facing docs.
• Identify product gaps and workflow blockers for improvement.
