Job summary

ApTask Global Workforce is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant for a remote contract with a leading technology firm. You will be the primary technical contact for external clients and internal partners, advising on best practices and resolving technical challenges in ads measurement and delivery tooling.

This role requires hands-on experience with web technologies and advertising platforms, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, and RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
• Expertise in technical troubleshooting across advertising ecosystems (Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, SDK, Pixel).
• Proven customer-facing experience translating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with web technologies and RESTful APIs; SQL experience.

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant for a Remote position with a Leading Technology Firm. This is a contract opportunity through November 2028.

As the primary technical contact for external clients and internal stakeholders, you will specialize in advertising solutions, advising clients on best practices, and resolving any technical challenges that arise. This role is for naturally curious individuals who are comfortable navigating ambiguity and adept at developing creative solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical point of contact for external clients and internal partners
• Diagnose and resolve issues across ads measurement and delivery tooling (Pixel/CAPI/SDK, auctions/delivery, ad servers)
• Provide best-practice guidance on implementing and maintaining advertising solutions
• Investigate technical escalations using logs, data, and API calls; reproduce issues and propose fixes or workarounds

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
• Expertise in technical troubleshooting across advertising and business ecosystems (e.g., Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, SDK, Pixel)
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience, including the ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
• Proven experience in technically troubleshooting various advertising technologies, such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems
• Experience working with web technologies, including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP
• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese

Desired skills

• Experience with large‑scale social media or advertising products
• Experience in client‑facing roles
• A foundational understanding of coding (writing code is not a requirement for this role)

Pay range: up to $73.50per hour
