Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant for remote engagement in Canada. You will be the technical contact for clients and internal stakeholders, expert in our advertising solutions, and will advise on best practices while resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities include building expertise across ad products, guiding bespoke setups, and collaborating with sales teams to address client needs. Strong emphasis on web tech and API-based integrations.

Qualifications

• 2 years in Digital Advertising/Technology industries.
• Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business; able to autonomously prioritize and communicate with sales/clients.
• Experience with troubleshooting advertising technologies and ecosystems (Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Meta SDK, Meta Pixel).
• Experience translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP.
• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.

Description

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical point of contact for our clients and internal stakeholders. This role will be the expert on our advertising solutions, consult with clients on best practices and resolve any technical issues that come your way. Technical Solutions Consultants are curious by nature, comfortable working in ambiguous situations, and love coming up with creative solutions to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Build technical expertise in various advertising products (signal, measurement, and delivery) and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups

• Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of advertising solutions

• Partner closely with Clients sales teams and Tier A advertisers to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services

• Escalate potential bugs to the product and engineering teams and drive resolution.

Skills

• BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, or related degree

• 2 years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries

• Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business, able to autonomously prioritize, and communicate effectively with sales and clients.

• Experience with technical troubleshooting Advertising & Business technologies and ecosystem (ex. Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Meta SDK, Meta Pixel)

• Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences

• Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery

• Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP

• Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs
